  • Refunds may be issued if the order is incorrect, not delivered, or damaged.

  • To request a refund, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with order details and proof (photo, order ID).

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • We do not accept returns of delivered food items, but we’re happy to resolve any concerns you have.
